But now, it's plan time. Spamming brute force last time seemed to be less effective than they were hoping it to be, and this time they want to do better.

A less lazy plan than last time

>First order of business. Those supplies from a while ago. Transport them to the site by the uplink station.
"Transport, eh? I know just the guy." Dubhe reaches out into the unknown dimensions and calls upon forces they usually don't bother making contact with. "Come forth, Genma Tam Lin!" With the help of this demon's Phantasm skill, Dubhe plans to just warp all the supplies directly to the target.

"A firm foundation? I know who can handle that. I summon you, Kishin Ubelluris!" The Kishin skill Double Up doesn't seem obviously relevant to construction... more likely Dubhe summoned it because it's a freakin dude made of freakin rock.

"Easy. I call upon Avian Moh Shuvuu!" The winged humanoid should have no problem carrying the materials where they need to go.

Dubhe ponders this one for a good long while. "I got it. This may not make sense immediately, but trust me, they're the perfect choice. Appear, Ghost Poltergeist!" It seems Dubhe intends to have Poltergeist use its telekinetic powers to handle the wires without needing to risk physical contact.

>Now, clean it all up. This means the scaffold and whatever leftover supplies. If it weren't for the snow piling on during building, you could probably kick the scaffold from the bottom.
Dubhe slowly grins manically. "My turn my turn my turn!" It reverts to ice cream form and melts(/blasts) the snow away with Binary Fire, then when that's done, it calls the four demons it summoned one more time to cart everything away.

Dubhe rolls a 6, 4, 10, 7, & 7, yielding an initial total of 34 points!

So, uh.....Teleportation! Feels like more of a hassle than what should've been, but hey, it works!

....yeah no, the mythological rock foundation is...kinda fragile.

No problem? One problem; Moh deadass went off too fast and a good number of materials dropped mid-air. FUCK. DO it again.

Teleporting supplies is very practical (+3), a scaffold made out of rock is...not, though the method you used is useful in putting the rocks into place (-2), Summoning someone strong enough to do the hauling bidding for you is weird but ok (+2), telekinesis is absolute godsend (+3), Burning is risky but you did use what you used before to help haul the stuff back away (0). The final score is...40 points!!!
