Age: Eternal (but acts childish)

Height, Weight and Size: A shorty of average weight.
Abilities: Dubhe can hover around and make explosions with magic! Also other SMT magic stuff probably idk. (They're also absurdly immune to all damage in their Septentrione form, but guess what they won't be using in this murdergame lol)
Other: Dubhe is one of the sssseven? Septentriones under Universal Administrator Polaris, who are tasked with destroying stagnant timelines. This isn't one of those, so what on earth is Dubhe doing here...?
