Ninomae checks out the apartments. [?]: There is nothing relevant to the case here, but the apartments are dingy, miserable things. They are quite large though. It's unclear why the place is built like this. The doors creak, and the cars in the parking lot are mostly missing their wheels. Also, all the apartments are very sparse. Clearly, The Spymaster didn't bother to pay for furniture and cooking utensils.
Terezi and Runner Five both head to the construction site, where construction workers are known to be. They find the place in full activity, workers milling about. Runner Five looks around the site, rolling a [4] and can't immediately see anyone who matches the guy in the video, but then, it was a fairly grainy video. The workers seem friendly enough, but the guy at the fence gate does seem annoyed that you're loitering without safety gear. Terezi gets a [10] and accidentally inhales a cloud of disturbed asbestos while sniffing around. If she walks out of this situation alive, she'll have a problem in about 25 years.
