1: Get a shovel, a hammer and nails, and some gloves
2: Find some iron, wood, and electric wire
3: Use some iron and all of the wood to build the house: it should be sizable
4: Use the rest of the iron to build a fence, making sure to dig a hole for said fence, and run the electric wire along it to create, what else, an electric fence. Use the gloves so you don't get electrocuted
