Abilities: As 23rd president, he has all the standard presidential powers. (EG: Executive orders, Vetoes, etc.)  Also he's very large, so he has the additional ability to violate the square-cube law and be very strong.

Other: He's here to AVENGE THE DEATH OF HIS GRANDFATHER who is still PERFECTLY HEALTHY. He also thinks the main problem the US has is that there aren't enough states, followed closely by Canada existing and Jim Crow legislation.
