Name: Rosa (Poca is the Cyrillic writing)

Gender/Pronouns: Female, She/Her
Backstory and Personality: Rosa was born to a noble family and one of the higher elites, the Rostova, who lived in the mobile city of Chernobog in the Empire of Ursus. At some point, she went to a high school, where she served as the student council president. Then one day, disaster struck when an Infected terrorist group, the Reunion Movement, attacked Chernobog. After they took control of the city, one of their leaders, Patriot, decided to lock all the students, including Rosa, into one school, the Peterheim High School for their safety.
However, another leader, Mephisto, was then assigned to oversee it. He deprived the students of food and basically forced them to succumb into infighting for survival. From this point, Rosa managed to gather a group of other students from the nobility. They would pillage and steal from other students who came from less privileged backgrounds, though Rosa would come to regret it. One day, it all came to head when her group's storage got attacked by the group of another student, Sonya/Zima, resulting in its destruction. As it contained the last food supply in the school, it resulted in the situation deterioratating even more, leaving a lot of the students dead and Rosa traumatized.
She would then join the Ursus Self-Study Group, which was led by none other than Zima, before they all got rescued by Rhodes Island days later. Her whole experience has been humbling to her, and thus she decides to renounce her noble identity and try to integrate herself with the commoners of Rhodes Island. After overcoming the worst of her trauma from the incident, she eventually applies to become a combat operator.
For her personality, she is pretty nice, polite and helpful to everyone as she tries to make herself equal to them. She is also pretty mature for her age, and she looks out for others. However, the trauma still left her with PTSD and it's effects, or misery in her heart as she says.
Distinguishing Abilities: As an Ursus (the bear race in Arknights), she is naturally more powerful than an average human, even though her files say that it's standard. This is manifested in her ability to wield her harpoon gun, which is actually a modified version of a small siege engine that was designed for inter-city warfare.
Aside from that, she is intelligent and able to lead people as a former student council president (even though it went disastrously the last time), and perhaps also well-versed in combat tactics, considering her excellent tactical planning.
Other: Her name is merely a codename. Her real name is Natalya Andreyevna Rostova. Oh yeah, also an edit, but I'll be using white text color for her.
