Name: Isoe Santos

Backstory: Isoe Santos is a 19 year old boy who used to work at a scrap metal processing plant. Every day, he would go out, find old devices and machinery, bring them to the scrap yard, and take them apart to be resold. He made a good living off of it, and was able to provide well for his family. One day, he found a large device in an abandoned science facility with a glowing blue core. Amazed by it, he began showing it off to his friends and family, as if it was magic. He even had a little party with some co-workers, where he then proceeded to eat the glowing blue substance on a dare.
The glowing blue substance was plutonium.
What happened afterwards was expected. Isoe died painfully of radiation poisoning, his loved ones all got quarantined and hospitalized, the works. Somehow, though, Isoe returned back to life. He's not exactly sure how, but he's now in this state of undeath, trying to make the most of this second chance at life, and atone for what he'd done with the plutonium incident.

- Light 'Em Up: Isoe shoots a bright blue light from his eyes, temporarily blinding his opponent, and leaving a bit of a sunburn.
- Fission Flare: Isoe can create a blade out of blue flame, using it as a melee weapon against others, leaving both a burn and a slice.
- RadioAction: Isoe creates a wave of energy, and shoots it at others. It doesn't leave a permanent or physical mark, but it does leave the opponent nauseous and tired for a minute or so.
