Zootopia didn't have that great of an allegory anyway. Why would predators be represented as the oppressed minority when they're the ones who eat people?
Side-note: That scene where the rabbit holds her child toward her after a tiger comes by would be a lot more visually interesting if it were a large "prey" animal (say, a giraffe) holding her child away from a small "predator" animal (say, an otter).
