Abilities: As a parautilitarian, Jessie has the ability to bind herself to certain objects of power and exploit them. She needs to be in physical contact with an object in order to bind to it. For roleplaying's sake, she is currently bound to a floppy disk which gives her minor psychokinetic abilities, and the Service Weapon, which she carries on her person and is currently in the form of a six-chamber revolver. The host may set a cooldown time to these abilities as they deem proper, in-game it is per six shots of the gun or per two uses of telekinesis. She has a psychic connection with an extradimensional being named Polaris, who Jessie views as a friend and often communicates with for guidance.
Other: Jessie speaks with #0600C2 text. If Polaris shares thoughts with or speaks through Jesse, she will speak in BOLD, #11515a ALL CAPS. Polaris is not omniscient, nor does Jesse understand her most of the time. Most of the guidance Polaris gives is moral support.
