Abilities: Masterminding plots and schemes (many of which had succeeded, and one of which earned him a seat on VILE's council), diversion-focused stealth, fencing (shown to have used a sword concealed in a cane), other skills that may be associated with being a spy.
Other: Speaks in maroon text (assuming it works. I will be using punctuation as well). Can be a bit of a Smug Snake at times. Speaks in a roundabout manner, preferring to imply rather than outright say.
