Good morning.
Thought for the day: sometimes, a friend of yours will act in a way they shouldn't have. When that happens, sometimes you and they need to take some time to cool off, and then come back and talk about the situation calmly. Sometimes you won't be able to forgive your friend, if the act is particularly severe. But other times, if the act was comparatively minor or if the friend is genuinely repentant, you just have to find it in your heart to forgive them. If it keeps happening, then you don't need to continually forgive them; you don't have to be a sucker. But if it's just a one-time occurrence, and they're actually sorry, and no long-lasting harm was done, then you might just have to swallow your pride and your righteous anger and just forgive.
Of course, there's no easy way to tell whether the harm inflicted was in fact forgivable, or if the friend's repentance is actually genuine. But a blanket policy of "never forgive and never forget" is just as harmful as its opposite.
Thank you for your time.

Strange, isn't it? Each man's life touches so many other lives. When he isn't around he leaves an awful hole, doesn't he?
