Reason For Being In The Void: Someone, somewhere, seems to have decided that getting miracled isn't enough to free her from the stigma of having hatched as a shren.
Skills (These Will Come In Handy!!!): Dragon magic - most obvious benefits are that she can speak every language and can shapeshift into

things of her choosing (so far she's picked a

and a hummingbird), and the magical name stuff is likely to come up eventually. Also, having been hatched a shren before the miracle was invented, she's functionally immune to physical pain. She also has a license to use wizardry for teleportation, but isn't trained in it otherwise -- though this is unlikely to come up unless the Void does something really weird, as wizardry does not work outside Elcenia.
Backstory: According to the letter they left her, her egg parents could not bear the thought of raising a shren and sent the shren house lots of money alongside her egg to ensure that at least she would get properly raised. She did not seek them out after getting miracled.
