Ranma would get teleported from the medbay to the cafeteria. He almost hit his head on one of the tables, yet narrowly avoided it. It'll probably be a bit until he realizes what's going on, unless someone wants to force his hand and make him vote Ronnie, since he'd either do that once he wakes up, or after he knocks Ronnie's teeth out.
