Sue clutches Addie's hand, and stares down glumly.

Addie is crying intensely.

"...so so so so so so so so sorry! I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry! I fucked it all up, I'm such a fucking idiot! I just thought, maybe if we did this, Dumy might get impressed and he'd finally use us..."

"...Addie. It wasn't your fault. Listen to me." Sue turns Addie's head towards him.

"None of this would have happened if Ringtoss didn't tell you to do it." 

Addie leans over and cries into Sue's shoulder.

"There's nothing we can do now, is there..."

Sue turns to the others. "...I just have one request, all of you. Let us live for a little while. You can vote us out as the day comes to a close, but please... let us live for just a bit longer. There's something I've still wanted to tell Addie."
