The endless streams of spiders pouring into everyone's mouth at all times may end in early 2027, as climate change disrupts the spider currents, and humans will soon die of starvation from eating insufficient spiders.

The five food groups are Grease/Sugar, Vegetables, Wheat, Vegetables 2, and Spiders.

Spiders do not have a taste, because the spider stream has been with us for so long that needing to know what spiders taste like stopped being relevant to humans and many other ground-dwelling species. It is thought that some species of bird can taste spiders, as they are in the air and thus far from the spider streams.

Doesn't help that my most recent nightmare was… of Mom's ghost merging with a spider the size of my hand, and then it grew to the size of the Empire State Building (and had Mom's head) and it did horrible stuff--

I actually woke up screaming.

Agreed. One such dream I had was me on a floating island with just a single mineshaft, and the inside of the mineshaft was a whole underground maple syrup lake that was on fire. Then it tried marketing boxes to me while talking through a kazoo.
