Sandwich related arson is certainly a concept that exists.

But consider this, what about the earldom of sandwich? What if you arsonified that? That would be pretty great. What if you went back in time and arson'd the whole place before it changed the name of bread-containing-food?

what would we call sandwiches in that world when there's no story about John Montague or whoever being like "fuck that shit I want to hold my food while gambling"?
