I'm not a DBZ nerd, so I really can't say. I've only watched Abridged, and I'm certainly not educated on the intricacies of the lore like Super Saiyan 1 in comparison to 2 in comparison to 3 etc.

Mine are random Gondor soldiers, so not vary far into Saiyan transformations.

So, to cover the responses to my question:

• Firstly, Whis, I'd say Mega Evolution is something akin to a Kaio-ken boost, somewhere around the x3 range.
  
• Secondly, Clancy, I'm okay with you just giving me any response. I'm a nerd, after all, I can easily just translate it to a DBZ transformation/power-up.
  
• Finally, John, I'd say that the Gondor soldiers would be able to use the Kaio-ken as well, but to a greater degree than Pokemon, going as far as at least x10, due to the differing physiology.

To answer your question, Clance, that sounds most like the Great Ape form, achievable only by Saiyans with tails. Either that, or - thanks to Broly - the Wrath State.

And Ken, your vampire character would already be powerful through their vampiric nature, but I can see them also using Wrath State, as well as Kaio-ken too. Pretty much the most powerful seen here so far (My Viking duck would have just the Wrath State).

Info on Saiyan Transformations/Forms

The Wrath State is one that grants the power of the Great Ape all Saiyans evolved from, and their power while using this state continually rises with rage+pain.

Kaio-Ken is a boost in power, strength, speed, and even sensory awareness that can be stacked (hence why I stated multipliers such as x3 or x10). It's also one that can be used with other transformations/forms, since it's basically just a booster.

My avatar is a character I made with one of those avatar creators that used Flash; I think I created this one in 2016 (in a time when I still had some major issues).

I like to name her "Glaice".
Controls ice freely, ambidextrous, can speak all languages (and is unaware of this, so it's a surprise to her).
Used to be able to speak emoticon too (like "Good morning :D" or "What's this supposed to be? :o") and control an element that's effectively randomness, but her latest incarnation (or whatever) loses both.
Instead, she's an artificial being create to be a vessel of some sort, referred to as "Subject GL001" by whoever it was who created her. Though somewhere their plans got hit with a metaphorical spanner in the works, I guess.

Haven't really thought of her newer version all that much. :p
