Alright, then I'll go look for some games to play.

The Eevee briefly leaves the fort to find some games to play, and returns with Uno and Yahtzee.

I never played these before, but think these games should be pretty fun to play.

A catboy drifts in.

... Nope, not Finch this time, it's Silas.

"Ooh, blanket fort! Fun times."

[Kennifer]

-Lobby-

"Ooh yeah, those are pretty fun games."

Alexis then turns to greet the catboy. "Ah, hi there! Yeah, my friend Bow and I are planning a slumber party."

[Caret]

Lobby

An Eevee peaks out from the blanket fort.

Oh! I thought that this was just going to be between me and Lexi, but... there's room for more people! Come on in.

A floof! :O

The "floof" is clearly sapient, Silas...

I know, I know, but... still, cute!

"Um... Sure, I don't have anything else planned." Silas enters the fort.

[Kennifer]

"Nice to meet you. I'm Alexis, or Lexi for short."

[Caret]

And I'm Bow. I'm an Eevee, and it's nice to meet you, too.

It seems like Bow is hording all of the usable blankets to herself.

[Kennifer]

"Hey, save me a blanket would you?"

[Caret]

Oh, sorry. Heh.

Bow hands Alexis one of the blankets she was hording.

[Kennifer]

Alexis grins and just kinda claims the blanket by wrapping it around her shoulders like a cape.

"Nice to meet you, Lexi, Bow," Silas says. "I'm Silas Ferris." He tilts his head, kity ears wiggling.

[Caret]

Now... what do we want to do first? Play a game? Watch a movie? Tell some stories?

[Kennifer]

"Hmm, maybe start with a game? That'd be lots of fun with three of us."

[Caret]

Yeah, a game could work.

Bow then opens up the pack of Uno cards she obtained.

Now... how do you play this?

[Kennifer]

-Lobby-

"Let's take a look at the instructions sheet."

Alexis does so, and reads out the rules to the others and no I don't want to play out an entire uno game post by post because holy shit why.

Agreed. A play-by-post Uno game would actually be a good idea, but probably in another thread or something. Maybe have a timeskip to after the game finishes up?

Yeah, got it. Now... let's start playing.

The Eevee settles down and waits for her cards to be dealed out.

[Kennifer]

And... yeah, this game is fun, Alexis thinks. Even if she has just had to draw four...

Uno!

And yeah, Bow is using her mouth to move the cards around... there has to be a way around not having thumbs, right?

"Double Uno!" Silas declares, slamming down a Wild Draw Four.

... yeah he doesn't actually understand the rules of this game

Alexis just chuckles; she's down to a couple cards at this point...

[Caret]

Come on... come on...

Bow is now down to a couple cards... wait, did she put down a Wild card?

Green! Uno!

[Caret]

Sorry for the doublepost, but who wants to have their character "win" Uno for the purposes of plot advancement?

I have no idea lol, we could just vague it that it was a close game or something?

[Caret]

Yeah, that works for me.

After a while of playing, Bow eventually gives up with playing Uno.

Wow... that was a pretty close game. But it's getting pretty late now, huh?

(Noting for posterity that the thread for Murder-Free II just opened. People can continue posting in this thread if they want; there's a timeskip of about two weeks between the two and the in-universe cause of the reboot hasn't happened yet here.)
