It is absolutely a difficult job to do well. TC is tiny and has barely any moderation that needs doing; the overwhelming majority of our mod queue is edit requests in murdergames. Can't imagine how much it must be trying to moderate a site as big as TVT.

interestingly red is one of the ones that, at least originally, had an actual explanation.

it was used for glitches (or at least the original one was a glitch) and red was chosen because it provided a nice contrast.

...it's just kinda extra funny because of THE INFECTION SPREADS but considering I came up with it like... YEARS before that was even a thing... XD

glitches are still a common form of redthing. I just... added more types of redthing and some of them are a mystery

and others are adorable, such as Dusty being full of bees.
