I don't understand how people don't understand not to treat absolutely everything they touch like a biohazard

Yeah don't touch stuff you won't buy during a fuckin pandemic

I mean, true, don't touch what you don't have to, and be conscious of what could be on your hands and never touch your face with hands that have been somewhere they might have bad stuff on them.

But, it's not going to get actually absorbed through your skin unless you have a cut or something. If you touch something, wash your hands thoroughly and you should be good.

Yo how is this description for an idea for one of my webcomics:

RUNTS: runts are formed when a spore fails to completely develop. They are much smaller in size and weaker than their fellow spawns, hence the name. However, runts are still slightly stronger than the average human, but are also much easier for a human to kill than a typical spawn. That is, if they don't come in hoards. Runts are usually assigned menial tasks and are seen as disposable units.

What exactly is a spore in this instance?
