Ignatius was no less exasperated than when the gal investigated his cabin. The very President(s) finding it necessary to shove him didn't make him any more amicable.

All right, you fat-ass. Time for you to meet your maker.
Blaine grabs Ignatius by the throat and carries him all the way to a nearby lake, swarming with crocodiles, choking a little bit of life out of him along the way.
These crocs can be quite deadly. Wrestled a whole lot of 'em in Australia. Gotta think quick and be strong, otherwise you'll make a nice tasty meal.
Blaine grasps Ignatius and pins him to the ground. He pushes him towards the crocodiles as one quickly bites off his face, not even getting the chance to scream. He pushes him forward as they bite off his head. Then he throws the corpse into the lake where they quickly swarm on him and drag him under the water, turning it bloody red, with several bubbles coming up. The crocodiles enjoying the nice little meal. Eventually, they all swim away and Blaine looks down upon the bloody water. He growls in anger and quickly turns to the others, giving them all a very scathing glare.
You're all a bunch of bloody fuckin' idiots, you know that? Newsflash: Ignatius was clean all along. He never became a zombie and thanks to you all, we still have a zombie among our ranks. Hope you're all proud of yourselves! Ya bunch of bloody pissers!

Frankie looks appalled -- not so much because of the death, or the fact that they did NOT choose the correct zombie, but because Blaine chose to use one of her precious animals in an execution.
...Using the animals in an execution? Blaine, that's... they're living beings. And the crocodiles? They weren't extinct, they weren't infected. Which... since Ignatius wasn't either, is fine, but I... I can hardly think of the words.
