RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - psychedelicate - 07-11-2021

"Geez, sorry!" says Sayaka, not really sounding very sorry. "Two people died and you got bitten yesterday, I had to cover all our bases! Don't think your cabin was the only one I checked!"

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - Oggy123 - 07-11-2021

Kirby says "Those zombies are at it again!"
> Search the beach for potential clues

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - Florien - 07-11-2021

Now, it could also be you, Sayaka.
It's not limited to the recently bitten.
It's rather disingenuous to brush over suspects like that.
In fact...
The killer walked a lot on their heels.
That has... implications. Perhaps.
A neck breaking for both...
Hmm...

>Investigate those broken necks. Does it look like the killer was experienced at breaking necks, or does it look like they struggled to do so?

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - Zanreo - 07-11-2021

>examine the bodies for other injuries

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - Cassie - 07-11-2021

"Aaaaah! Fuck! Why can't we figure out-"

"Bob, calm down, ok?"

"Right, we can't focus if we don't..."

>assist the Clonelands in figuring out the broken neck signs

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - PointMaid - 07-11-2021

Kirby: > Search the beach for potential clues

You just find the footprints and the bodies that have already been found.

Clonelands: >Investigate those broken necks. Does it look like the killer was experienced at breaking necks, or does it look like they struggled to do so?
Minions: >assist the Clonelands in figuring out the broken neck signs

No indication that the killer struggled much to break the necks. You do find bruise marks where their fingers must have been. They look like they're from human or at least humanoid hands, most likely grown.

Rom and Ram: >examine the bodies for other injuries

All you can find other than the broken necks are bruises around their necks and eyes.

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - Cassie - 07-11-2021

"Grown?"

>what would grown mean in the context of humanoid-shaped finger bruise marks? Thinking...

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - Oggy123 - 07-11-2021

"So our suspect is probably a grown human or humanoid who walks on heels a lot! But who.."

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - Cassie - 07-11-2021

(Void the previous action)

>compare Reilly's finger size to the bruise mark size

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - PointMaid - 07-11-2021

Minions: >compare Reilly's finger size to the bruise mark size

...It's hard to say

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - Cassie - 07-11-2021

"...how old is Charles?" Stuart asks.

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - PointMaid - 07-11-2021

ATTN: Alpotophis, played by Knife, will be replacing Dr. Iceberg, played by Geek. Cast list has been updated.

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - MadameButterflyKnife - 07-11-2021

As the others deliberate, a shadowy figure with multiple glowing eyes walks to the scene. Oh dang, well, I must be late to something, huh? What in the heck just happened?

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - Cassie - 07-11-2021

"AAH!"

"W-who are you!?"

Both of them reel in fear.

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - MadameButterflyKnife - 07-11-2021

The figure sighs, as if he's both used to drawing this attention, and sick of it. I swear, it's not even a big deal-the name's Alpotophis. And it's nice to meet you too. Anyways-holy crud is that a dead body? He points to the body everyone's investigating.

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - Oggy123 - 07-11-2021

Kirby and Ribbon sees the newcomer. The latter hides behind Kirby in fear.

"Are you... a Dark Matter..?"

"I'm not sure, poyo? He seems different..."

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - Cassie - 07-11-2021

"Oh, nice to meet you!" Stuart sweats in embarassment. "I'm Stuart, this is Bob, yadda yadda...Yanny and Laurel died, seemingly choked by an adult human or someone like that."

"Dark Matter?" Bob asks Ribbon curiously.

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - Oggy123 - 07-11-2021

"Dark Matter is a force of darkness with the ability to possess people..." Ribbon replied to Bob.

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - Magolor - 07-11-2021

"Sounds like a strange way of putting this tropical disease capable of turning us into zombies, I must say!"

Even Ignatius starts to investigate, however, since he was so rudely involved now.
> Any major signs of a struggle, to, say, stop someone from snapping your neck?

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - PointMaid - 07-11-2021

Ignatius: > Any major signs of a struggle, to, say, stop someone from snapping your neck?

Well, there are more fingerprint bruises and trauma around their eyes and throats, indicating they've been held back. One of them is more bruised up than the other, perhaps trying to come to the others' aid.

Oh, and their heads have been bashed together, shattering their skulls and... brains.

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - MadameButterflyKnife - 07-11-2021

Look, I'm not trying to possess you, and it's kinda offensive you're doing that; look. I just came here for a job working with some nice animals, and no one's telling me why there's a dead body! Is this place even actually accredited?

>does it look like the bodies were tampered with after death?

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - LavenderDream - 07-11-2021

Lars notices the newcomer, but is too indulged in the case to introduce themselves. They also feel kind of intimated by their presence, but they try to ignore that.

"Guys, what about the fact that we found heel prints!"
>Who here wears heels?

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - PointMaid - 07-11-2021

>does it look like the bodies were tampered with after death?

You can't really tell.

>Who here wears heels?

...Clarification: The prints aren't of high heels. Somebody appears to have been walking mostly on that part of their feet.

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - MadameButterflyKnife - 07-11-2021

Alpotophis holds himself back from throwing up. So. Well. Can uh...did you guys kill them? What's up with the bodies? Can someone just give me a quick summary-do we feed them to the animals or?

RE: Escape From Zombie Park Island 2 - PointMaid - 07-11-2021

Frankie has joined you, although she's still checking... things... on her phone and her look of nervousness is still there. She seems genuinely glad to see Alpotophis, though.

Alpotophis! You finally made it. Your resumé was so... interesting! Dr. Frankie Frankenstein, the owner of this park. (For now, at least.)

I'm afraid it's a side-effect of an engineered virus I've been using to revive extinct species. Some people disparagingly call it a zombie virus. Regardless, occasionally a person will get bit, get infected by the virus, and, well... have an uncontrollable urge to kill and try to make others, quote, zombies. Regrettable, really. But when you can identify them, leave it to me and my help with all things wrangling animals, Blaine. We'll deal with the issue.
