Greed, Blaine. She doesn't care about what I'm trying to do here, she just lent me money and doesn't think I can pay her back so she's trying to foreclose on the whole thing. Doesn't even really care if it costs her more in manpower and lawyer's fees than just letting me keep it, I think.
