Oh man, I'm so glad you like 'em. You see that girl here? She said it herself, tastes like KFC chicken. And all these people say I'm like Colonel Sanders when it comes to fried rats. Which is why I'm hopin' to win so I can turn my restaurant into a chain. I can see it now: Seedy Joe's Shanty will go statewide and we'll make sure no dead animal on the road gets taken away by highway clean-up crews as I'll have my own people scrap 'em all off the road and turn 'em all into nice meals. So giddy thinkin' about that now. If the rest of you wanna try some, I got enough for everyone.

The talk of eating someone's corpse reminds Linda of the time Louise started a rumor that she and Bob used human flesh in their burgers. Which of course they don't, but she hoped that anyone watching this show wouldn't refuel those rumors.
Especially Hugo. She really hoped he had better things to do than watch her on a reality show, right? Oh my god.

Seedy Joe pauses for a brief moment. Here he was just having fun with everyone, drinking or cooking. But now the reality of starring in this show with someone here to kill them all has suddenly dawned on him.
Well... the one thing we need to keep an eye out for is any kind of food that's out of the ordinary. If it looks off in any way, shape or form, be leery of it. And a close eye on everyone. I mean, I ain't a cannibal and the thought of eatin' a human's flesh just sickens me.
His skin starts to grow pale at the thought of eating an actual person.
