Babe wasn't hurt too much by the throw when he made impact with the hawk. He took one good at the defeated bird of prey and decided to slap it with its hoof for good measure. He then returns to Bunyan's side, who picked him up.
"We did good at beating up that hawk!" She turned to Mindy.

"Oh, that's just part of who I am," Bunyan explained to Gooble. "From stories spread across North America, I was a giant! I was taller than the tallest pine trees and my head was literally up in the clouds! I'd dug the Saint Lawrence River and the Great Lakes to speed up delivery of maple syrup for yummy pancakes to my logging camp and I dragged my axe around the United States when I was tired one day, which created the Grand Canyon."

Yeah, most of the smaller creeks are fine. You can look for it filtering through sandy soil or use a filter if you're that concerned.
The kids lead you to some decent water.

You've all gotten lost in the woods. Dang. You will need to:
* Find out which direction you need to be going to get back
* Make something to keep the rain off while you walk
* Find something in the woods you can eat on the way so you have enough energy. If you need to, figure out how to cook it.

Gooble will turn into a falcon and fly around, exploring the path from a birds' eye view and his keen senses to see which will lead back to the village.

Gooble can find a particularly large leaf and use it as a makeshift umbrella. If he can't... he'll use his hands.
