Brain, not quite getting what Pinky is insunuating, just re-states what he said about the fiingerprints. Dio's were on the match, but aren't like the other prints, such as Jay's chin.

I'm pretty we'd already seen that the prints on Jay were the size of an adult human. ...We gave our prints, though, as a sign of good faith. And if Dio doesn't fit. Who else fits that description? ...Was Jay using all of them for some reason? He says he's the only one that knew about the gun under his chin.
