"This leaves the culprit behind the three-toe print. We can't as easily examine everyone's feet carefully, but we can at least point to possible suspects. That is, myself, Gengar, Radar, Reynard, Isbrand, Kye, and Guy. It's a long list, yes, but it eliminates a few people at least."

Gengar heads to the springs to wash himself off while spitting out the sand. After a couple minutes of choking, he says "Eww.... I don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere."
