For a while now, Hitomi has just been silently seething on the ground where the Clonelands were holding her. But as the final vote is cast to seal her fate... a facade suddenly drops.
"... I was trying to turn him. You don't know what it's like. You don't know what you're missing, this connection, I'm finally whole, I just want to share this gift with the world!"
She lets out an unsettling laugh. "I tore his throat out so he wouldn't scream. I intended that to be temporary, he'd have healed if he'd just turned."
Struggling, she turns her head to face the crowd. "Why won't you join us?"

Hitomi's Execution
Dr. Frankie wouldn't want any of her precious animals used in an execution. She also doesn't have a particular malice towards the zombies, she'd rather do it quick and painless. But she's not here today. Hitomi is led by Blaine and Amelia into the enclosure of the park's mother saber-toothed tiger and her cute little cubs. The cubs are playing with her! It's cute.
...If you're squeamish, you might want to look away. The mother knows she's not one of her cubs, and she hasn't been fed as regularly as she'd like for a family. She tears into Hitomi… starting with her neck, immobilizing her. Soon, she's torn apart not just by mom, but also by small, furry teeth and claws.
