> investigation, part 2!

The gloves appear like generic, black gloves. Your typical adult sized gloves. The "drugs" don't appear illicit; they appear to look more like medication than anything raw you'd get on the street. It's not a brick of cocaine or anything like that.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - PopcornPie - 09-04-2022

Nico was prepared to report to the Rec Room, blissfully unaware of the smell, only to hear the magic "D" word.

"Drugs? Someone say drugs? What kind are they? I bet I can find out."

>Try to identify the drugs.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - wingedcatgirl - 09-04-2022

>Try to identify the drugs. (@PopcornPie)
They definitely look familiar.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Mr. Lee Hammer - 09-04-2022

Adult-thithed, huh? Now whath da deal with da cash?

> Inthethigate, I mean, Investigate the money

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - PointMaid - 09-04-2022

Maybe they were Ravi's. Anyway, they just look like medicine. Which can also be deadly if ingested too much, but...

As for recreational, I don't touch the stuff either.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Kennifer - 09-04-2022

"I didn't even bring any Potions or Antidotes or anything with me. What is that stuff anyway? Sleeping pills so he wouldn't wake up or something maybe?"

Yeah, she's just spitballing. But...

>does it look like Ravi was drugged?

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - TheOtherCG - 09-04-2022

"So, what's going on here? Was Ravi buying those drugs?"

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - PopcornPie - 09-04-2022

Nico gave them a hard, long look. "Yeah, I've seen these before. They were traded around in the slums." He looked at Tyson. "Are these theroidth, Tyson-san?"

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - wingedcatgirl - 09-04-2022

> Inthethigate, I mean, Investigate the money (@Matthew)
It's a handful of ordinary-looking bills and coins.

>does it look like Ravi was drugged? (@Kennifer)
It's hard to tell at this point, but there's no obvious sign of drugging...

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - MadameButterflyKnife - 09-04-2022

>does it look like Ravi was drugged?

He certainly appears blue. It could be from overdose, yes, but there's also some red marks around his neck.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - TheOtherCG - 09-04-2022

"I'll check for other things..."
> Search for any more evidence if it exists.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Mr. Lee Hammer - 09-04-2022

Nah, dey're not theroidth, juth regular over-the-counter medication it lookth like. But I'm curiouth about one thing though!

> What kind or markings are on Ravi's neck? Hank marks? Rope marks? Something else?

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Florien - 09-04-2022

Hmm... dubious if that can be sent by mail without special forms. I see no special forms. Obviously Nico is the only one who uses medication of which we know, so that leaves us with quite the conundrum.

Is it someone framing Nico, or Nico pretending to be framed?

>Check the inside of the glove because that worked in some distant alternate land far away.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Kennifer - 09-04-2022

"Okay that's hard to tell what with the uh... strangulation and all. Whether he was drugged, I mean."

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Whistle - 09-04-2022

Liz peeks into the room—the visuals are rather disturbing, albeit obscured by all the people in the room...  but she can see Ravi in there.

W—wait... what's Bird Guy—sorry, Ravi—doing? Did he choke on that muffin or some--
She sees the extent of the scene.
...Oh... Oh no. I knew it, it's a trap!

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - PopcornPie - 09-04-2022

Nico gasped, his eyes wettening. Frame him?! For murder?! He was arrested for drugs, not murder! He would never even harm a moth! How could someone do such a rotten thing in a pleasant place like this? "But why would someone frame me? I haven't been picking on anyone!"

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Dookie - 09-04-2022

Cass wakes up, sees the crime scene and

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - PointMaid - 09-04-2022

Samantha frowns.

Maybe we should call the cops. ...of course we're messing up the crime scene, and I for one am running out of things to looks at...

> Check the marks on Ravi's neck. Choke marks from hands or rope? If hands, can you tell anything about the strength of the person or what size their hands are?

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Florien - 09-04-2022

Don't overreact, this happens all the time in the postal service. It's a very intrigue-heavy job. Now, let me just get this as solved as possible. Maybe someone framed you, maybe you framed yourself to look innocent.

Overlynd pulls a magnifying glass out of hir mail bag, to look more investigatory.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - MadameButterflyKnife - 09-04-2022

> What kind or markings are on Ravi's neck? Hank marks? Rope marks? Something else?

Can't really tell. Just that they're red and around his neck.

I assumed messing with the format was an ability only reserved for us. How the hell do you try and attempt an action only explicable by an IMAGE.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - PopcornPie - 09-04-2022

Nico kept to the entrance of the room, desperately hoping for some detail only he could spot. He'd do anything to clear his name. A brief brainstorm, and he had a thought: Maybe these drugs were from someone's room.

>Go room-checking. See if there is a medicine cabinet left upset, or missing a bottle.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - MadameButterflyKnife - 09-04-2022

>Go room-checking. See if there is a medicine cabinet left upset, or missing a bottle.

...You notice some drugs missing from your room.

There's nothing noteworthy inside the glove.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Magolor - 09-04-2022

Now, Giroro knew he wasn't the brightest. He couldn't understand Keroro's deductions, as basic as they were, and as totally wrong as they were. So, playing on his strengths...

...

Wait, what WERE his strengths, anyway? This guy was strangled, and stealth kills usually weren't anything but Dororo's territory, and whatever medicine that was would be Kururu's job...

I... I suppose I'll just keep watch. Of the evidence.

Nobody's really gonna listen to him, since he's not acting as a superior or anything, but he's doing it anyway. And with his super totally sensitive eyes...

> is there anything else on the body? like in the pockets, underneath it...

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Florien - 09-04-2022

Mhm, Mhm...

>What was burning in room 13?
