Near EJL's tent, you find some small pebbles. You wouldn't think twice about them, except for the fact that they are in a patch of ash.

Looking at them more closely, the footprints do look fake. They're just too jagged to be footprints from anyone here.

You search diligently, but you find no gloves. On the bright side, a Fudgsicle falls from the sky, and you perfectly catch it.
