RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Whistle - 09-04-2022

Liz comes out the door in her pajamas... and notices a peculiar smell.

Bleech! Did someone burn a tuna casserole again or some'n?

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - PointMaid - 09-04-2022

Samantha goes kinda ashen.

So if that's... Who... and where...

> Try to identify the source of the smell

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Weirdguy149 - 09-04-2022

"Instead of being concerned with me, don't you think you should focus more on the task at hand?"

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - wingedcatgirl - 09-04-2022

>The smell (@Florien, @PointMaid)
There's something burning on the kitchen stovetop. It doesn't look like it's anything that used to be alive, though.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Mr. Lee Hammer - 09-04-2022

Didn't really like da guy makin' fun of me, but he didn't detherve dat!

> Does it look like there's anything to have burned the fabric?

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Mr. Lee Hammer - 09-04-2022

void my previous post

> Identify the thing that's on the stovetop

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - TheOtherCG - 09-04-2022

"Should we catch up with the others?" Louis asked Marie.
"I don't see why not."
> Follow the others that went into the kitchen.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Kennifer - 09-04-2022

Felicia (and Pippin) will

>...ugh check out the room with the burning flesh smell ew

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - PointMaid - 09-04-2022

> Can you find anything missing from the kitchen?

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Florien - 09-04-2022

>Yeah but what is it that's burning and/or burned it could be important

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Magolor - 09-04-2022

Giroro peaks from his room from the commotion.

Oi, keep it down when you're waking up. Seriously, how could you guys be louder than any of those guys... Hm?

He follows the pair who go a different direction. That means into the supposed crime scene.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - MadameButterflyKnife - 09-04-2022

> Identify the thing that's on the stovetop

It just appears to be smoke and soot. Whatever it is, it's been burnt beyond recognition.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Whistle - 09-04-2022

Liz wonders why everyone is investigating... but now that she thinks about it, it's anything but tuna casserole.
> follow the others

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - wingedcatgirl - 09-04-2022

>...ugh check out the room with the burning flesh smell ew (@Kennifer)
There's no smell of burning flesh. Only fabric.

>Can you find anything missing from the kitchen? (@PointMaid)
Nothing seems obviously out of place in the kitchen - other than the burning stuff-that-might've-been-fabric, of course.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Florien - 09-04-2022

Well, if that is the case...

>Check out the actual crime scene of that 13th room.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Mr. Lee Hammer - 09-04-2022

Dang! Theemth like dey got rid of da evidenth pretty quickly! Wonder if da body can tell us anything?

Investigate Ravi's body

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - TheOtherCG - 09-04-2022

Seeing the others head out of the kitchen and into the 13th room, Louis and Marie head over there.
"Now, what is with all of this... Oh..."
>Look around the crime scene.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - MadameButterflyKnife - 09-04-2022

> the crime scene

Ravi appears to have been strangled. On a nearby table stool, there appears to be money, a black glove, and...are those drugs?

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - PointMaid - 09-04-2022

...Red herring, maybe. I know, it doesn't smell like seafood.

Samantha also follows everyone going to the crime scene.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - TheOtherCG - 09-04-2022

"S-something clearly happened here..." Louis commented while in shock.
Marie looks around the scene and returns to Louis, trembling in horror as she did. Louis then holds Marie as he attempts to comfort her.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Kennifer - 09-04-2022

"Okay, maybe not as bad as I thought smell-wise, but... still, what happened here?"

Pippin looks like he's ready to use his Water-type moves in case of a fire. Well-prepared little Pokemon, he is.

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Mr. Lee Hammer - 09-04-2022

Look, a glove!

> What size is it?

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - PointMaid - 09-04-2022

Good... Why would anyone want to murder Ravi?

> Take a look at those drugs. Any markings? Can you tell what they are?

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Florien - 09-04-2022

Ravi was strangled, but why the fire? What purpose does it serve if death was sent by bare hands, first-class?

Also those drugs clearly were not sent legally.

>Investigate the glove and drugs

RE: Murder in the Mountains 2: WHAT. (Day 1) - Kennifer - 09-04-2022

"Drugs? I... don't know much about drugs, never touched them myself. Only stuff like Pokemon medicine for Pippin here."
