The MOTHER series is a video game trilogy starring supernatural psychic abilities, alien invaders, and strange phenomena. Its lighthearted humor and moments, combined with the heavy emotions and jarring nightmarish imagery presented have made it a cult classic video game that's greatly influenced the RPG genre as a whole.

earthbound is known for its heartwarming moments, innovative battle structure, and overall aesthetic.

Mother 1 Giygas is a criminally underrated character. Bit of a hot take but the plain concept of his battle in the first game is my personal favourite, even if his battle in the second has a way better execution.

Mother 1 is better than people give it credit for.
