Request new prefixes to be created.
Prefixes are forum-specific, so you can also ask for existing prefixes to be expanded, if you think they should be.
If you want an existing prefix added to a thread, just holler it as "needs an edit".

We won't add a prefix unless we expect it to be used indefinitely, but there's no strict numerical requirement of existing threads.

Maybe there should be different prefixes for roleplays requiring sign-ups (on Hybrid Games and Roleplays) and ones that don't. The Void will be tagged with the former, while GET THAT PIZZA! will be tagged with the latter, for instance.
