"HOLD ON JUST A FECKIN' MOMENT!" someone says.
It's the yaksha. Or... at least was. It appears the whole "yaksha" thing was just a disguise, and the water from earlier washed it off, revealing what he actually looks like.
He appears to be some kind of pointy-eared humanoid with large, yellow eyes and sharp teeth. Oddly similar to a wolf.
"Gimme that!" he says, pushing the duck-bot away and grabbing the wheel.
