Gwyneth then sits on the cushion and puts a hardcover journal with a lock and a pen that she had brought along on her lap. She closes her eyes and manifests onto her stationary. The crystals glow around her.

Gwyneth will use her telekinetic powers to unlock and open the journal and levitate the pen over to a blank page.
She will do some deep thinking, wondering what would happen to her if she survived or disappeared from time. After this, she will start to write.

Oh man, where to start here?
I think my early years would be a good start. I was born on Gallifrey but aside from when I was sent to the Academy as a little girl, I had a happy, fulfilling childhood here on Earth.
Both of my parents were successful in the entertainment industry, I had a lot of friends, and I was just a happy Time Tot in general. I started my career when I was still a teenager, I went around the galaxy and studied a lot of subjects, I did some modeling, and I started a family and later on, my business.
I know exactly what success is and it's not easy to obtain. It took me almost my entire life to get to where I am today.
Sometimes, I'm not sure what to prioritize, my husband and two children or my business. I think they're both important to me, but what's more important? I'm very proud of what I'm doing at Goop and how I'm helping lots of people to learn better ways of living (even if it's through GoopGlow drinks, yoga mats, crystals, supplements, and vibrators) but my children are growing up fast. They're teenagers now and I feel like I'm missing out on their lives.
Although there is a big thing that I have to keep a secret from the general public and that's the fact that I'm actually a Time Lady. The Goopers and my family know that but they swore to secrecy. It's definitely for the best since the Time Lords have been notified of how I go around planets and source certain things for potential Goop products. If my real identity gets out, I could end up back in Gallifrey and on trial for illegally smuggling goods from space.
I can't put my family through that. I also can't put my family or my company through having me get wiped from time. Hell, I'm really scared that if I get wiped, all of my hard work will go with it.
I hope that won't come to any of that. I've lived 249 years and I want to be around for centuries more.

Gwyneth will be making sure that she has three copies of what she wrote. She will be scanning and transcribing her journal entry in a very private part of the house and putting the transcribed file and original scan of the entry on a USB drive and a CD-R. The USB drive will be hidden somewhere safe and off-site while the journal and CD-R will be kept among her many things. This method is called the 3-2-1 method and it's used for backing up computer data just in case if something bad happens. You can find out more through this video here.
