Suddenly, everyone will notice a talking squirrel wearing an underwater suit walking among them as she introduced herself, "howdy. How're you everyone? Name's Sandy Cheeks, and I'm a scientist and extreme sports enthusiast. I heard that I will have some vacation while doing science and sports here."

There are ten floors, and all of them have rooms except for the lobby, the 5th, and the roof. Since you haven't chosen what floor you want your room to be on yet, you don't know exactly what the rooms look like, but it seems from the outside that they all have balconies.
