The story begins here, in the generically north german europe forest. The characters? Well, there's the Duke of Tacos. He quests across the world to find the very best tacos. He travels to the americas, the place where the food is associated with. He traveled to mexico, to places that aren't mexico, and also to canada, which is not-not mexico, but is also not-mexico. And then, he travelled to the USA. He went to a city, and entered taco bell.

There, he ordered the NEW taco bell taco. He took one bite... and died on the spot.
