You know what's funny? Grocery stores that close before the times where it's legal to buy liquor are up. Like what's the point of it? I feel like you don't need such a thing because by the time it's up, the store is closed. Is the store mocking you? Is it saying, you want to buy your beer late? Too bad, it's closed and you're not getting any! It's like it's trolling you. The only thing you need is a sign saying we don't sell alcoholic beverages on Sunday. Simple as that. I like to think it's the store's way of reinforcing rules, to prevent customers from trying to get their last minute lager. Because you know some people will try to be sneaky. And some will even fight the cashiers for it. Well, we're not taking it! We're closing the stores an hour early so you can't buy your beer! Happy?
