Thrivey floats in to a room separated from the meeting room by a pane of bulletproof glass, on a gurney, heavily tranquilized. Sadly, it appears he can barely comprehend his situation.

Dr. Frankie pulls a lever, and a spacetime vortex appears in the center of the room. It swallows Thrivey whole. The only mercy is he wasn't conscious for it.

A small screen at the bottom of the window shows the caption:

[As soon as Pico catches sight of the caption—the word infected in particular—he thrusts his Uzi into the air triumphantly.] “FUCK YEAH! WE GOT ONE!”

[A pause.]

[Then, he slowly puts his arm back at his side as a realization seems to hit him. She straight-up executed the guy. She didn't even... try to cure him of the virus. Just killed him and that was that.] “...Wait, Doc, a-are you sure you had to do that? I-I mean there's no fuckin’ way he wasn't able to be cured instead of killed, right? Could've fuckin’ brought him back to his senses, instead of throwin’ him into a goddamn black hole!”
