"I don't want you guys to lose more innocent people by accident! I'm willing to sacrifice myself if it means you're one step closer to finding the zombies! Because...!!" [XCOPY tears up, beginning to tremble.] "I did get infected with the zombie virus, yeah! A few days ago, actually! B-b-but I've been trying to keep it under control and not murder everybody!! I've been able to fight it off so far! Just by using my willpower! But these past few days...! Have been exhausting for me! So sometimes I c-can't fight it off and...! And...!" [He buries his face into his hands, sobbing.] "I didn't wanna kill Yanny, or Laurel! Or Grover, or Grover! Or even Sayaka! I've been trying to push it away! I-I don't wanna turn into a brainless monster! I don't wanna lose anybody else on the island! Especially not to something I was trying so damn hard to prevent! B-but...! But if I have to die because of this stupid virus...!"

[He slowly lowers his hands and flings his posture back, standing as straight as he can and still crying profusely but trying to smile.] "…i-if I have to die because I've become too much of a danger to the rest of the staff on this island...! Then so be it! I-I knew this was gonna happen to me eventually! I'm gonna welcome it with open arms, and face it with as much dignity as I can muster! I'd rather die as myself, than keep living on and kill everybody I've come to care about so much! I just...! Wanna ask one more thing of you guys, okay?!" [He looks at the remaining survivors, desperately trying to regain his composure.] "When I'm, uh, gone, you don't have to forgive me! I don't expect anyone to, after what I've done! But...! I don't want you to remember me as some m-mindless flesh-eating psycho! Because I'm not! I want to be remembered as...! As a friend! As a protector of the island! And even...!" [He chuckles a little bit, through the tears.] "And even as that dumb kid who saw two people suffering from the effects of rhino stimulants, and still thought it was a good idea to eat some! Alright?!" [He sniffles, then wipes some of his tears away with his forearm.] "I-I'm...! Gonna miss you guys, honestly! I just hope that I'll be able to... Say sorry to Yanny, Laurel, Grover, Grover, and Sayaka...! For not being able to keep myself under control...!"

"...H-hey! Dr. Frankie!" [He quietly turns to his boss and raises his arms.] "Can I hug you one last time before I go?!"
