[Dangan] Free Association: Part One. Day 6: "Graduation Day"

Terezi charges Seko with the sword drawn.

Come on, you can't get through riot gear!

Terezi tries anyway. [4], [5].

Seko proves right, the strike just glances off her armor.

MY TURN.

[5], [5]. Seko can't quite aim at Terezi, being too tied up in fighting off the sword swings.

[PointMaid]

Five is jolted out of her action sequence for a moment by the gunshots. ...Damn. Fischer?!

But she doesn't have time to stop.

...Better hope this works. Jump in or follow or... whatever, you can do.

> Take control of the damn TANK and start using it to defend the other survivors, and to lead a way out of this place...

[Florien]

Carl is too shocked at Johnson's death to do anything as Runner Five fires several more shots in. [9], [1]. Carl is killed, and Runner Five pries the tank open...

[6]: She quickly reads through the instruction manual and figures out how to drive, though she can't exactly shoot at the same time as drive without a gunner.

Meanwhile, another police cruiser with four more officers arrives. Two run off towards the apartments to deal with the other survivors, while two run into the park to take on the group holding out there.

[Zanreo]

"Oh, so you want a fight? Well, I'll be happy to provide!" B-Sha says as she gets out her launcher.

[PointMaid]

...If any of you can work a tank gun, I'd appreciate the help! Can't seem to work that on my own., Five yells to the other survivors in the park.

Still, she > Defends the group as best she can driving the tank

[Florien]

The two officers who just arrived at the park shoot at Sariel.

[10], [6] vs. [6]. The shield works surprisingly well, catching all three bullets fired.

The officers who arrived at the apartments spot B-Sha, and one shoots while the other runs for the stairs to get at the other survivors.

[2] vs. [10]. B-Sha dodges, but her blaster is hit by the shot, breaking it. The other officer successfully runs up the stairs.

[4]: Runner Five drives the tank over one of the police cruisers. It's empty, and doing that achieved nothing, but it felt good.

Guys? GUYS?!

> ...Well, fine, if she can't drive and shoot at the same time, and driving isn't working well enough, park in the line of escape and then man the turret to defend the others...

...I think we might need more than one person here to make best use of this tank!

"N-no! But I won't let that stop me... I have... another weapon! BANDAM, GO!" A giant mech drops from the sky, and B-sha gets in the robot and shoots lasers towards the officers

...Oh, hey! Grab the controls and drive, huh?

Sariel, in classic XIV Paladin form, is drawing aggro from the foes and keeping their attention away from Sariel's allies.

[Florien]

Seven goes to assist Five, but gets a [2] trying to get there. As he steps out of his apartment door, he encounters the officer who's going through the building. The officer fires, [8], [7], one in favor of the officer. Seven is grazed by a bullet.

Meanwhile, Five gets into the turret and tries to figure out the controls. [5]: It's difficult, but manageable. Aiming is somewhat tricky though, because the screen on the sighting camera feed is cracked. But Five is fully ready to shoot at people with a tank.

MECH! [1]. The officer easily dodges your lasers. Speed of light? More like speed of... something slow.

Draw Aggro! [10]: Sariel is very effective at drawing Aggro, by attacking one of the three officers who got out of the car with Seko. [9], [5]. The officer is shot clean through the head and dies. But the Aggro-drawing worked perhaps a little too well. Romero pops out of cover with a heavily modified nailgun behind Sariel. Seko punches Terezi back and points her shotgun at Sariel. The two surviving officers in the park point their guns at Sariel.

I CAN'T BELIEVE I GOT INTO THIS SHIT!

(9, 10, 3, 4) Vs. (8, X, 2, 1.), advantage of +5 against Sariel.

Sariel didn't entirely expect this much from all directions. The shield isn't enough. They try to deflect Romero's nails, but one hits them in the arm. They swing around to block Seko, who gets off two shots before having to block Terezi's sword swipes, and succeed at that, but their shield breaks from the impact of the two heavy slugs. The gunfire from the two officers is just icing on this increasingly disastrous cake, as Sariel sustains a gut-shot and a shot to their other hand. Unable to fight, and dying, Sariel drops, spilling the bag of ammunition and guns across the ground.

Sariel will die next round. Any last words?

[PointMaid]

...Oh, crap.

[Florien]

Five, attempting to defend Sariel, just an instant too late, takes a shot with the tank against Romero on the far end of the park. [9]: It flies true. Vengeance is had, as there's an explosion, and fragments of a reflective vest drift in the breeze.

Peter Romero Has been Killed.

Damn. One more spot to fill when we're done here.

"... Fuck. That hurts."

With their last strength Sariel grabs the biggest weapon in their reach and aims it at the enemy. "I may be dying, but I won't let you win this -"

[wingedcatgirl]

I could try some healing magic!!!

... yes that's probably a good idea

[Kennifer]

Muttering a long string of both French and English obscenities, Terezi's gonna...

>Go for one of the less-armed officers.

[Florien]

Sariel grabs the assault rifle, while they bleed. [7] It's loaded. They take aim at Seko, who's clearly the biggest threat targetable from the position of "bleeding out on the ground." Terezi is knocked back again by a kick from Seko, as the pair continue to struggle... [7], [4]. +3 against Seko. 

Sariel pulls the trigger. Seko is caught in the burst of gunfire. Her riot gear doesn't do a great job of protecting her against high caliber bullets, as she gets hit multiple times, and it tears apart her vest. She roars in anger and pain, but doesn't die just yet. Sariel, meanwhile, finally bleeds out on the pavement, struggling with healing magic, too torn apart to succeed at using it.

Sariel Elakha Has been killed.

One more eliminated. I'd rather not replace my network, and the Feds are coming, so could you please hurry up and die?

Terezi dashes away from Seko, who's wounded. Seko tries to fire, but there's a click. Her gun is empty. She quickly struggles to reload, bracing herself against a tree... [6]: She reloads.

Terezi attacks one of the officers who just killed Sariel. [9], [3]. She straight up manages to decaptiate one.

[PointMaid]

...Boom! That's for Sariel!

> Keep defending...

C'mon, guys!

[Florien]

Reload the tank. Fire again. [5], [5]: The Second officer, standing next to the one Terezi just decapitated, is blown up by a tank shell.

Meanwhile, the officer facing B-Sha takes a shot at the giant mech. [8], [10]. The bullet hits a joint in the Mech, causing every movement to make a horrible grinding noise, and it's much slower to turn now.

Terezi grins wickedly, then she's gonna

> Go after another officer.

[PointMaid]

...Hang on!

> ...Defend Terezi. Be REALLY REALLY careful you don't accidentally hit her, though. Better to fire at an attacker not near her if you can't defend her without risking her getting caught in crossfire.

Lynne is absolutely not in the best of position to shoot down a bunch of other police officers.

What she is capable of, however, is using her friends to help out. Ducking behind a tree with her one pistol in hand, she will

The two officers approaching the park haven't yet arrived, and it seems that there were only ten officers total at the forward base today. Runner Five seems to be tracking the other two with the tank turret, reloads [5], and fires. [3] The shot misses, and instead blows up the second cruiser. But that means Seko is the only one left in the park.

So Terezi charges Seko.

You don't walk out of this. I WALK OUT OF THIS. CLEARDAY WALKS OUT OF THIS.

Terezi draws her sword, and Seko aims her gun...

[8] VS. [3] [8] VS. [5].

Seko fires. The slug tears right through Terezi's body, somehow not hitting anything vital. It exits the other end. Terezi keeps charging, and stabs Seko with the sword-cane through the heart, ramming it through her ribs and riot-gear alike.

Clara Corey Meitner has been killed.

NO! Damn it, she might have been better than Lindsey! God damn it. I liked her.
