[10]: Dr. Fischer dashes down a manhole, still open from the massive explosion a few days ago, and to relative safety...

[9]: Runner Five tries to attack the tank, but it hasn't rolled up yet. But on the other hand, that idea is so badass that she waits until the tank DOES roll up. Officer Johnson is driving, and a random second officer is working the gun.
BOOM.
The tank fires. [4] It hits a patch of road where Runner Five was, blowing it up. Runner Five runs up onto the tank and [10]: Unloads her entire magazine of bullets into the bulletproof glass windshield.
Johnson looks surprised and horrified, for a bit, then laughs a little, as the windshield cracks open.

Terezi prepares for an already underway fight, and ducks behind a rock [5] as Seko takes a shot. [6]. The rock is blown up by the shotgun slug. Terezi is now out in the open. +1 in favor of Seko versus Terezi.
