Shoehorn chases after Dusk and tackles him to the ground.
Oh no you don't.
He pulls out his hunting knife and holds it to Dusk's throat as he escorts him to the quarantine.
Now don't try anything funny. You still have a chance to make it off alive. But you need to be stowed away with the others until we find out if the cure is good.
He puts Dusk into the quarantine chamber then begins doing some lab work.
Frankie is busy doing last-minute work in her lab, but I've watched her do this several times and got a feel for how all this works.
After running the tests, Shoehorn approaches Hordak and Waddle Dee.
You both chose wisely. Dusk is indeed a zombie. Now he'll be stowed away until we know if this cure is good.

Day 7 Challenge
You have no idea how excited I am. I believe I'm ready with my cure. A full cure, understand. No… residuals. We'll be able to cure your… unfortunate… colleagues. If you really would like to, you can leave the island. I'll be able to cure my animals and open up the park to visitors, and hopefully I'll be on the cover of Science… ahem. I'm getting ahead of myself. What I need is to confirm it works completely on humans. I'll dose myself, I don't want to risk anyone else. What I'd like from you is to test me, best ways you can think of, to make sure I'm no longer a… yes, a zombie. I can say it. The person with the best tests, I'll give you a cash reward for your help, or a great job here, or a share in the park, or… basically, ask me for a big favor if you'd like, is what I'm saying! So:
1. Test me on my instincts. Is anything deep down still telling me to be an aggressive zombie?
2. Make sure my physiology is back to normal. (...Yes, I know, we haven't been able to use lab tests to determine who has been recently turned, but look at me, I've been this way for years)
3. We only have, well, limited time, but I'd like you to do your best to determine if the effects are going to wear off and I would be a zombie again.

"You should test your luck near some test animals. Probably less aggressive ones like rabbits or chickens. If you're not compelled to attack them, perhaps you're not an aggressive zombie."

"You should do tests. Like blood testing, x rays, DNA testing, and maybe a few physical exercises!"

"We should have some kind of tracking device on you. In case you're becoming a zombie again, that tracking device will warn you and the others back on the island. Or you could also just call the others in case you're becoming a zombie again."

Hordak's expression turned somber at the thought of leaving. Surviving outside this island...if he barely made it through three days here, what chance would he have on his own? He coughed, then took a step back and thought. With Dusk out of the picture, he wasn't so worried about losing anymore.
1. I don't think surrounding her with prey animals will be enough. If our zombified employees didn't turn during the day despite all the available food, why would she? We should surround her with irritants: Droning noises, humidity, poking, I hear that certain colors can make people angry, too. We'll place you in a room with as many of these things as possible. If you react with intense violence, that's a clear sign that you are still zombified.
2. Waddle-Dee has the right idea. It doesn't look like your skeleton has changed, but your blood is very likely to be different now. Once you've tested your own blood, see if your physical strength and endurance has reverted to normal human levels. Take a run around the island. Lift heavy objects. If your body no longer has enhanced zombie strength, you'll be able to tell right away.
3. Tracking device? We have limited time, possibly too little to outfit one for her body. It would be more efficient to keep her in a controlled environment and have herself and us keep track of how she feels. Perhaps keep her in an unused habitat and record her behaviors hour-to-hour, minute-to-minute if we must. Introduce variables time to time as well, such as those small animals you mentioned."

Frankie conferred with Shoehorn. Thank you, both of you. For everything you've done over the past week. After discussing this with Shoehorn, we're going to try Hordak's tests. So, assuming this goes well, she took a deep breath, Feel free to ask me for what you will.
She'd already dosed herself with the cure, and had tapered off her doses of her temporary serum. Shoehorn... if I need serum, don't hesitate to dose me, even if it requires force to do so. They surrounded her with irritants... no violence. She ran around the island, tried to lift logs. Her strength was normal, for a woman who did a fair amount of physical activity. And she kept herself monitored and confined for a while. Everything was fine.
