usually if I'm going with one or the other it's all lowercase, but with me, my usual typing quirk is actually regular sentence case and punctuation aside from dropping periods at the end of sentences that wrap up a paragraph

I like the holidays that give you a 3 day weekend, such as Labor Day or MLK Jr. Day (the latter especially because it's historically important and good to honor the man who lead the civil rights movement)

regarding coffee and tea: I like them both, but as far as just a sheer direct comparison goes: tea wins cold, coffee wins hot.
If we take espresso-based beverages into account, then the bean reigns supreme overall, though it's got some stiff competition in the form of the Arnold Palmer.
My Starbucks order is usually either a grande peppermint mocha latte (if I'm in the mood for a warm drink, which is usually the case) OR a mocha cookie crumble Frappucino (my beloved not-ice-cream, though it's probably got just as much nutritional value).
