"Nellie" waves his hands, and suddenly, rays of golden right surround him and condense into a set of armor and a cape, with an owl-shaped mask now covering the upper half of his face.
"It's time to for me to leave this place. Hopefully, I'll find a better place to spend my exile in. It better be better, because I don't want to go to another place just like this."
"As for you entities... ermmm... with the obvious exceptions of Malakhiri and Red, you were a decent-enough group to be stuck in a cabin with. Ummmm... by the way, my real name is Xerndak Nel'ren, but... everyone's gone. Goodbye, I guess?"
With that, the angel heads out of the cabin and into parts unknown.

With all the hikers gone and the cabin empty, Life's avatar fades away.
"This was a mess... but at least I stopped things before they could escalate out of control.
"... I should prepare. I don't know where Vince went, but I don't think he's just planning to sip coconut drinks on the beach somewhere."

Vince Ruiz sips a coconut drink. "You ever make a single mistake that seems to define your entire life for years to come? Or is that just me?"

Vince frowns. "When'd you get here?"
"I'm death. I'm always around."
"Uh, Vince, who is -"
"Don't worry about it. ... I gotta go."
