RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 6) - PointMaid - 08-08-2021 Um, well, yesterday we convicted Mitsuha since she'd claimed being a Mason with Malakhiri, and that was... wrong. I think the night before, nobody died and the little Soul claimed to have done CPR on Red there, too. Claimed, because if Red remembered they were a Wannabe, and Soul was a Cultist, they could have been inducting Red into the cult instead. Potentially. RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 6) - Caret - 08-08-2021 "But... why would Red decide to become a Wannabe? But... the fact that he didn't do any work as the Investigator as far we know... except for checking the Soul after they apparently saved Red's life two nights ago... rings a bit suspicious to me." RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 6) - TenOfSwords13 - 08-08-2021 I have a question... what is all this about my life being saved? Was I simply not paying attention again? RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 6) - PointMaid - 08-08-2021 ...I don't know, Nellie. Red, I was pretty sure the little Soul said they saved your life two nights ago, yeah. Anybody else remember that? ...Maybe they did it so well you didn't notice, Red. RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 6) - TenOfSwords13 - 08-08-2021 I'm sure that I simply just did not notice, this is... embarrasing, to say the least. RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 6) - Kennifer - 08-08-2021 "Hey, if the Soul saved Red, they should've heard music, right? Maybe we could ask them about that." RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 6) - TenOfSwords13 - 08-08-2021 My hallucinations are both common knowlege and irrelevant to my alignment. Asking after them will yield no information, unless they feel like self incrimination. RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 6) - Caret - 08-08-2021 "Actually..." Nellie writes down something on a piece of paper, and then slams it down on a table for everyone to see. Tainted Soul - CPR Doctor(?), claims to have saved Red two nights ago Dr. Benjamin Kondraki - Bus Driver, seemingly confirmed by Knuckles' evidence and other people's stories lining up Xrendak "Nellie" Nel'ren - Commuter(?): "If I was a cultist, then why would I mysteriously vanish while one of my fellow cultists was in the process being prosecuted? Wouldn't that just make me suspicious?" Chip and Ada Lieber - Fruit Vendor, seemingly confirmed by the "mod error" (whatever that is) a couple of days ago and the fact that their actions seem to line up with other's accounts Amy - Unjester(?), the fact that Malakhiri attempted to frame Amy as the Rolecop seems to lend credence to her being the Unjester unless that was a scheme to give her towncred Bonus Boss Z - Bulletproof, seemingly confirmed by physical evidence and Knuckles' evidence Blue - Coroner(?), unless Freddy was actually the Coroner, which seems unlikely Midnight Red - Amnesiac, claims to have remembered being the Investigator, might have remembered Wannabe Lotus - Stalker, seemingly confirmed by Malakhiri's attempted attack on her a couple nights ago based on Knuckles' evidence "I think our suspects in this case are the Soul, Red, Amy, and Blue, and... me. It looks like I'll just have to play along with this as it is instead of trying to make me look not suspicious, which would probably just make me look even more suspicious." RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 6) - Kennifer - 08-08-2021 "I mean, I know you only have my word, but I've also tried to help with investigations and analyzing the evidence and people's potential roles, and I didn't hesitate to vote for either of the convicted cultists. There's lying a bit for towncred, and there's actually being helpful." "...or in my case, trying to get them to see me as a threat to be eliminated, at least before I was forced to roleclaim." "Of course, you don't have to believe me, but benefit of the doubt would be nice even though I'm probably not getting out of here the way I want to anyway." RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 6) - TenOfSwords13 - 08-08-2021 I will pursue Amy if, and only if, I clear everyone else. I sense light in her heart. A light that wishes to extinguish itself, but light none the less. RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 6) - PointMaid - 08-08-2021 That's, um, very poetic. But yeah, I agree. RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 6) - Caret - 08-08-2021 Tainted Soul - CPR Doctor(?), claims to have saved Red two nights ago Dr. Benjamin Kondraki - Bus Driver, seemingly confirmed by Knuckles' evidence and other people's stories lining up Xrendak "Nellie" Nel'ren - Commuter(?): "Again, if I was a cultist then why would I mysteriously vanish while one of my fellow cultists was in the process being prosecuted?" There's always the chance that somebody who I ruled out is lying, but the problem is, who even could be lying? Or is there somehow a huge framing attempt and I ended up taking the bait? I hope that isn't the case... because... that would be bad." RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 6) - Kennifer - 08-08-2021 "That would have to be one hell of a convoluted framing plot..." Amy tries to think about how that could even line up after some people's roles have been outright confirmed, such as Knuckles having been the Watcher. RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 6) - PointMaid - 08-08-2021 ...I'm hoping we can actually get some evidence today, having gotten rid of the Janitor. Huh. I would've thought this place has permafrost under it by how cold the weather is outside." She steps a bit closer to the scene. "...did they bury him without any tools? that dumbbell seems clean enough, and the knife..." > how much blood does the wound have around it? RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 6) - TenOfSwords13 - 08-08-2021 Lotus, would you care to elaborate on that? I'm not one hundred percent sure I understand what you are saying. RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 6) - Kennifer - 08-08-2021 "We're TRYING social deduction, disembodied voice. And hey we've caught cultists by seeing whose stories didn't line up. Now we're supplementing that with evidence. And I'm talking to a disembodied voice. Whatever." Amy pauses. "Okay. We have some tracks. Let's try to narrow this down a bit further." >s2g if those are Herc's footprints I mean get a closer look RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 6) - PointMaid - 08-08-2021 ...Yeah, we've been trying 'Social Deduction'.
