There's no visible knife wounds on Valania's body, so it's highly unlikely.

Valania's entire body is covered in bruises and dried blood, but the bruising seems to be concentrated around her neck for the most part. Upon closer inspection, her parafleece is missing.

There's no pulse coming from Valania, nor is she breathing. She is most definitely dead.

Bruises, blood, a missing parafleece. All the ingredients of a great murder mystery. Is the parafleece itself a MacGuffin? Was the sheep girl strangled, maybe even beaten? Everyone here except Candy was skeptical about this being a killing game and now look what happened. None of you all took us seriously and yet, here we are. May I suggest next time that if you all get into a situation like this, be a little bit more savvy. Now anyway, onto the investigation!

That.... sounds pretty cool, actually. Just have them kill us all and we'd all be revived into living bones. We'd be armed with armor and swords as we would go and pillage everything we see. And one of us can ride you as you fly down and incinerate entire villages as the rest of us slice the living to shreds. Would that not make for good entertainment?
