Everyone makes their way into a meeting room, which is also quite fancy, even having a coat of arms seal on the wall and a painting of an older man that looks like Carmello, except like 40 years older. The table is nice and long, with more than enough seats for everyone.
First of all, I'd like to thank you all for showing up. The reason why I brought you all here is because I'm a very ambitious man. I'm something of a figurehead in Crunch City. A family business that's been going on for 60 years, ever since my grandfather Francesco Bianchi came to this city, he says, pointing to the picture.
We've done quite well. Made a good amount of money, but now's the time to expand this franchise. I wanna be the ultimate figurehead here. Powerful enough to be practically be considered the President of this city. And I brought in all 16 of you because I see within you all potential. You all got spunk, that killer instinct. And that's what it's gonna take to expand this empire. I can't do this without you all. But..... I got some bad news....

But yes, of course. There's a cop in these parts named Frank Shannon. He's had it in for me ever since I constantly refuse to pay him bribe money. All the other gangs her pony up to him and he lets them slide. But I always look the other way. I refuse to do any business with cops at all. But he doesn't see it that way. So now he's sent some of his guys to come after me. To take me out and all of you. And the real kicker? Four of you here.... are the undercover cops!
