RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - Caret - 07-31-2021 Oh. Nellie is feeling... a bit awkward right now after seeing clear evidence that Z was attacked last night "Oh... oh. It looks like Z is the Bulletproof after all. Since Kondraki claimed that he swapped Lotus with Z last night, that would also confirm that Lotus is innocent since it would make no sense if the cultists tried to target one of their own, so... nevermind then. I'm... very sorry if I caused any offensive to you two." RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - PointMaid - 07-31-2021 I was thinking of narrowing down the list by who can be verified by multiple people. But... I'm not sure that helps narrow the list much. And I know some roles aren't easily verifiable. On the other hand, if we make a chain of verifications, one person can verify that the other didn't do anything sneaky, and that person can verify someone else... until the chain contains more people than could possibly be cultists. But, say, Malakhiri and Mitsuha claiming to be Masons, which can only be verified by themselves... Is that possible? RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - Kennifer - 07-31-2021 "I'm thinking that our newly-memory-restored Investigator might want to do some investigating, maybe find out if Mitsuha actually is a Mason? That'd be a way to verify one of them. Or check on anyone else who can't easily be confirmed by someone else at night, see if they're who they say they are." RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - Zanreo - 07-31-2021 "Sounds like a plan, yes.. RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - Kennifer - 07-31-2021 "Hopefully, with the right people using their roles... we can all get out of here with minimal innocent casualties. You know what I mean?" RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - TenOfSwords13 - 07-31-2021 Yes, I shall do that. I hope that I can return to you with results as they sun rises. I cannot have someone watch over me, as my own curse of music would cloud theiir mind, so I am in grave danger, should the cult choose to silence me. RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - door-kun - 07-31-2021 "So, who should I watch over tonight? Since we gotta do that. And fine, I'll cooperate. Whatever." RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - TenOfSwords13 - 07-31-2021 Watch over Mitsusha, to confirm that I can visit. RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - Kennifer - 07-31-2021 "And Kondraki, you shouldn't switch Mitsuha with anyone. But maybe switch someone valuable with someone... someone less likely to be targeted, in order to protect a valuable role? You know? That, or someone who can confirm the switch was made without ruining the other plans, somehow..." RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - Caret - 07-31-2021 "And for Lotus, I'll give you a hint. Try stalking somebody with powers that aren't so mundane. You'll probably get what I mean. And the cultists also get what I mean, but... I don't want to think about that." RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - PointMaid - 07-31-2021 ...I would really rather we were able to unravel this before another one of us got killed. We had this night where no one is killed and if we make no ground on the cultists... I know. Patience, honey. ...I still wish I know who framed you with that damn brown hair. I couldn't find any you'd shed naturally around the cabin. Maybe they dyed hair from someone who wasn't brown? RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - psychedelicate - 08-01-2021 "Okay! You can... investigate me... tonight... I'm okay with that! I-I just... hope you're... not a cultist... and you won't kill me..." She looks a bit worried. RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - artsyGeek - 08-01-2021 (07-31-2021, 22:29:24 PM)Kennifer Wrote: "And Kondraki, you shouldn't switch Mitsuha with anyone. Not that she was ever a part of my plan, but eh.” RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - Kennifer - 08-01-2021 "Fingers crossed that tonight's actions will get everybody other than the cultists closer to their goals. And... maybe some clues, finally." RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - PointMaid - 08-01-2021 ...I hope so. We're down to twelve of us and three cultists? We can do this, but it's... urgent. We'd better get some info. Hopefully double-verified. RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - Kennifer - 08-01-2021 "Not to mention double and triple checking that people are, well, visiting who they intend to. Bus driver butterfly shenanigans notwithstanding." RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - TenOfSwords13 - 08-01-2021 So that's the plan. I can think of a few ways to unravel it, but I shall not share them in case our enemies have yet to think of routes of attack. Should we pass voting for now, or should we discuss further until sundown? RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - artsyGeek - 08-01-2021 "We don't have anything or anyone of interest, so. . I dunno about you, but I'll /skip vote for now." RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - Cassie - 08-01-2021 Votes (7/12 to confirm): No Elimination - Kondraki RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - TenOfSwords13 - 08-01-2021 Very well. /skip vote RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - PointMaid - 08-01-2021 (08-01-2021, 11:23:15 AM)TenOfSwords13 Wrote: So that's the plan. I can't think of a better plan off the top of my head. RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - TenOfSwords13 - 08-01-2021 Then let us hope and pray that I works out for the best. RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - Cassie - 08-01-2021 Votes (7/12 to confirm): No Elimination - Kondraki, Red RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - PointMaid - 08-01-2021 Now, I wrote a list of who claims what roles Roleclaims and Claimed Actions Last Night: Kondraki (Bus Driver); switched Z and Lotus Chip and Ada (Fruit Vendors); Sent grapes to Kondraki, went to Malakhiri due to "Mod Error" Amy (Unjester); visited Tainted Soul Z (Bulletproof) Red (Was Amnesiac, now claims Investigator) Blue (Coroner?) Lotus (Stalker) Knuckles (Watcher) Nellie (Commuter) Malakhiri (with Mitsuha) (Mason) Soul (CPR Doctor) DEAD: Freddy: Investigator Lloyd: Jailor Jean: Wannabe But, I think if people could say how their claims are backed up, at all, that would be helpful. If you can't or they're only backed up by one person who is plausibly another cultist... try to think of a way to do that. I know it's going to be hard for some of you. For Ada and me... I hope Lloyd's jailing us and Lotus and Malakhiri getting our fruit is persuasive. For the second one... yeah, we tried to send it to Kondraki but that wasn't our fault or the bus driver's, it was apparently this 'mod error' thing. RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 4) - Kennifer - 08-01-2021 "I know there's no way for me to prove my claim unless someone kills me, so you'll have to take my word for it. Use that whole 'social deduction' bit and all. Would I even entertain the idea of having Kondraki switch me with someone who's likely to be targeted, not knowing who I'd be switched with, if I wasn't willing-- no, wanting, to be targeted at night? They've lost their Wannabe, there's only one other role who's actively trying to get targeted at night..." |
