...Well, if you want to sstick around, you can, floran figuress floran would give you the option to ssay bye or whatever, maybe get you all a coupon to sstop at a resstaurant or ssomething on the way back? Floran doessn't really want to unnecesssarily resstrict you from doing whatever you want to do right now, conssidering you're pardoned and uhh... assside from the lieutenant colonel, not citizenss.
